How to Delete Your Account (In-App)
If you wish to delete your Primefit account and associated data, please follow these steps within the app:
- Open the Primefit app and log in.
- Tap on your Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll to the bottom of the profile screen (below the 'Log Out' button).
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice in the pop-up dialog.
Request Deletion via Web (For Uninstalled Apps)
If you have already uninstalled the app and wish to request the deletion of your account and data, please email our support team:

Data Retention & Recovery Policy
Deactivation Period: Once you confirm deletion, your account is immediately deactivated. Your data remains in a secure, non-public state for 90 days.
Account Recovery: You can contact support within this 90-day window if you wish to restore your account.
Permanent Deletion: After the 90-day window expires, all personal data, fitness logs, and health metrics are permanently and irreversibly purged from our servers, except where we are legally required to retain specific records (e.g., for financial or tax purposes).
