Our health coaching services, including the fitness application, personal training platform, and online programs, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, or effectiveness of the information provided. We are not responsible or liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising from your use of our services.


You agree to indemnify and hold us and our directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and any other individuals involved in generating, marketing, approving, or sending our services harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from your use of our services.


We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our health coaching company is based, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.


When downloading our Mobile App, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: App Store: Our app can be downloaded from various application stores or distribution platforms, such as Apple Mobile App Store or Google Play (referred to as the “Mobile App Provider”). Responsibility: The responsibility for the Mobile App lies solely with us and not with the Mobile App Provider. The Mobile App Provider has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the app. Claims: The Mobile App Provider is not responsible for any claims related to the Mobile App, including product liability, compliance with legal requirements, or intellectual property infringement. In the case of an intellectual property infringement claim, we will be responsible for the investigation, defense, and resolution of the claim. Third Party Beneficiaries: The Mobile App Provider and its subsidiaries are considered third-party beneficiaries of these terms and have the right to enforce them as they relate to your use of the Mobile App. Compliance: You must comply with all applicable third-party terms of service when using our Services.


Subscriptions refer to the paid access to the only Premium Services offered by Primefit Lifestyle Coaching Co. As a Premium Service user, you will have access to a wider range of features and benefits compared to non-paying users. By subscribing to the Premium Services, you acknowledge and agree to the payment terms, billing cycle, and pricing set forth by Primefit Lifestyle Coaching Co. This payment will automatically renew on the agreed-upon billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription. You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription through the appropriate channels, such as the Mobile App or Primefit Lifestyle Coaching Co’s website. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Premium Services until the end of the current billing cycle


In order to access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the account creation process. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect that any unauthorized party may be using your account, you agree to notify us immediately. Please refer to our privacy policy section to understand how we collect, maintain, and store your data to protect it. We take the security of your information seriously and have implemented appropriate measures to protect the information we collect and store. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information and cannot be responsible for unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction of data or other breaches of security. You agree to receive electronic communications from Primefit and its team, including but not limited to email and mobile notifications. These communications may include information about promotions, renewals, and offers related to our services and products.


If at any time you wish to stop receiving these communications, you may opt-out by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email or by adjusting your notification settings in the account section of our platform. However, please note that opting out of promotional communications may limit your access to certain offers and discounts. We value your privacy and will always handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


The Primefit Lifestyle Coaching Co grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Mobile App and its related services and products, including online programs, personal training platforms, and fitness applications, solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. You acknowledge and agree that the Mobile App and its related services and products are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Except as explicitly provided in these Terms & Conditions, you may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Mobile App or its related services and products, in whole or in part. You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Mobile App or its related services and products, and you shall not make any modifications to the Mobile App or its related services and products or merge the Mobile App or its related services.


Clients are entitled to a refund within 10 business days of their subscription start date if they are unsatisfied with their services for any reason. This includes situations where their trainer is not following up regularly, they are not satisfied with the services provided, or their timetable is not being matched. Refunds will be credited to the client’s account within 15 business days of the request. In addition, clients may change their trainer at any time during their subscription period if they are not satisfied with their current trainer. We believe that these terms and conditions will provide our clients with peace of mind and confidence in our services.

If a client requests a refund for reasons other than those specified in the terms and conditions, a valid reason will be required. This is to ensure that clients do not abuse the refund policy and that we can continue to provide quality services to all our clients. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and assess the validity of the reason provided. If the reason is deemed valid, we will process the refund within 15 business days of the request.


The Online Programs and Coaching offers a Money Back Guarantee to all clients within 7 days of their subscription start date. If clients are unsatisfied with their services for any reason, they can request a refund within this timeframe. The refund process will take up to 8 working days to complete.

Once signed up for any program, one of the team members will reach the client out for certain profile questions, and making sure that the deliverables are there with the client within a timeframe of 48 working hours, as customised routines require some time to design and build.
