At Primefit, we respect your privacy and provide an easy way to delete your account permanently. If you no longer wish to use Primefit: Lifestyle, you can request account deletion directly within the app.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your account, follow these steps:
Login to your Primefit: Lifestyle App
Select “Profile” tab from the bottom tab bar.
Scroll Down to find the “Delete Account” Button and tap it.
A confirmation dialog will appear. Read the instructions carefully.
Tap “Confirm” to proceed with account deletion.
Important: Once you confirm, account deletion starts immediately, and your data cannot be recovered.
What Happens After Deletion?
- All your account data, including personal information and preferences, will be permanently deleted.
- The deletion process will be completed within a maximum of 90 days.
- Some data may be retained for legal, security, or compliance purposes, as required by applicable laws.
